Mr. Favreau is a seasoned professional with a broad range of P&L responsibility, financial accounting, and systems development. He possesses excellent analytical skills and has the ability to research and identify business opportunities and bring them to fruition through mergers and startups. In the corporate world, Mr. Favreau has held positions such as President and CEO, Executive Vice President, Vice President of Finance, CFO, and Controller for various size corporations and divisions. His experience lies with company’s ranging in size from start up to $125,000,000 in sales with more than 3,000 employees.

For the past 15 years, as a management consultant, Armand Favreau has been acting as an interim COO or CFO performing financial restructurings and financial workouts for many companies. Most of his engagements relate to companies that require restructuring, not only financially, but also operationally. Many companies require better internal controls, cost reductions and/or a formal Business Plan.

The Business Plan not only contains financials and cash flow analysis

 

but also sound strategies for accomplishing tasks, meeting objectives, and obtaining goals accordingly with a company’s mission. Many times refinancing is a major solution. His goal is to add long term value businesses or mitigate the risks and maximize the workout.

Mr. Favreau works directly with community, regional, and national Banks as well as other organizations such as city, county, State, and Federal agencies to accomplish an equitable financial loan package.

Mr. Favreau's experience includes engagements with family owned companies in manufacturing, golf course management, POA, rental properties, food and beverage, landscaping, marinas, produce, service, retail and other businesses.
